As mentioned by HolyThugRabbit in XxJesusNinjaxX's solution for , start a new game of Magnificent 8. Pick Miss Fortune first (she is on the bottom row wearing green and she is down 1 and right 6 from the start on the select screen) and then pick any 7 other characters. Complete the first room with her and then kill the other 7 characters. Once she is your last character you can flip the coin for the rest of the game. If you run out of lives, choose retry for additional coin flips.
