Pretty straight forward with this achievement: Kill your first enemy
On 88 Mode, you go through different heroes with different abilities. Certain characters won't have abilities to kill, so you might have to sacrifice or go through a room to switch heroes. Some heroes have ranged abilties while others have close-quarter abilities.
Once you find a hero that is able to attack, find an enemy and press

to kill them. You can usually find enemies starting room 3.
