88 Heroes

There will almost certainly be many ways to get this but what worked for me was starting a new game in The 88 mode and looking for a character that can either fly or jump further than normal.

The exit is immediately above where you start, and you need to exit before the.
clock, which starts at 88, hits 85.

I did it with Booster Goose, who boosts in a straight line and you turn to control the direction of thrust (like in Asteroids). It took me a few goes but you can quit and restart as may times as you like as long as you don't exit or get killed.

There's another hero with a ladder (can't recall the name) with whom I think you should be able to press B to deploy the ladder as soon as you spawn and climb up from where you start.

It's random what order they spawn on so just keep trying until you find one that can fly/jump/climb to the exit within 3 seconds.
