A little grindy, but you'll most likely get it while working on other achievements.
When I played this on steam, I got it while playing the career mode. However, I chose the longer career mode. On the xbox one, I chose the shorter route and had to play 6 or 7 free mode games before I got it.
All you have to do is play 30 rounds (Or "duties" as the game calls them) and the achievement is yours

I did 2 or 3 regular shifts, then started the campaign. I popped this before the one for finishing the campaign.
