Blobolonia world consists of ten stages and a boss fight.
The bird boss takes a few steps to actually damage. First, you'll need to use the cannon jellybean to suck up the bird's projectile. The blob will automatically target the bird and fire, grounding it (if you miss for a few rounds, the bird will divebomb, which will almost certainly kill you, so if you can tell it's going to divebomb, quickly get into the cannon). Quickly use the trampoline (or ladder) jellybean to get up to one of the platforms above the bird, then use an anvil jellybean to turn the blob into an anvil. Push the anvil off the platform to actually damage the bird. Rinse and repeat for three rounds. I recommend throwing the cannon jellybean after the blob turns into the anvil but before you push it, so the blob can turn back into the cannon before the bird fully recovers.
Note that the bird's wings cannot damage you once it's grounded but its main body still can. So you don't need to worry about giving it a particularly wide berth.
