Play High Score mode. Play until you are out of strokes and when the "Continue" screen pops up with the countdown from 9, wait until the countdown is over (or press X to get the clock to go faster), and you'll get a pop-up asking if you want to submit your high score. Press A and the Achievement will unlock.
