How to unlock the Ground Pounder achievement in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon - Definitive Guide

To do this, you'll need a multirole plane or an attacker. Find a capital conquest match and destroy all the TGT ground targets, ignore the enemy fighters. As soon as all the TGT's are down, an ASM entry will be shown on the map. Use the Y button to lock on it and fly towards it. Without the easy ASM extra, you'll need to be within 1500 meters/ 5000 feet to enter. When the circle is at it's biggest use RB and LB at the same time just like DFM. When you are in ASM use your Air to ground missles and rockets to take out as many ground targets as possible. Each kill here will count towards the achievement.

Another excellent weapon for this is the 4AGM, just make sure all four lock on before you fire them. You can use them with some multirole planes so you aren't just helpless while you try to destroy things.

to get this the best jet to use us the attacker F-2A with LAGM switch to you secondary weapon (LAGM) and keep shooting 30 ground targets in (ASM) ASM is where you have to hit (LB RB) on the triangle to enter before you can blow up the enemy base
you can do this with 2 players in a private match on Capital Conquest

I've killed nearly 100 enemies I swear but my achievement won't unlock?

This can be boosted. You need to play in either Capital Conquest or Domination and you need to be in either a multirole jet or an attacker. When you see a ground attack path open up you need to enter it (via pressing + ). Then destroy any ground target when flying in ASM. You can use air to ground missiles/attacks which will help.

Note: Any ground targets that appear in the ground attack route will contribute to the trophy; it’s not just the HQ bases.
