You will this in the into mission while in the chopper. 100 kills is required from the gunner seat for this achievement. This doesn't have to be done in 1 mission it counts overall but you will most likely get it in the first chopper mission.

I got this on the 2nd mission of the game.

This should come during the credit intro sequence. When you are the door gunner (on the side of the helicopter) just kill every enemy unit you can see. It should pop very quickly.
