This is part of the story mode. You will get this fighting in the Black Sea.
This mission, on normal, has been the most annoying so far.
I would suggest using the SU-34 and 4AGMs.
Follow the ASM paths when the appear and use the AGMs to take out as many targets as possible each pass. On lower difficulties, if you get damaged fly away and keep evading until your health reappears. Don't worry about taking out any air targets. Your biggest concern is doing damage to the ground targets and avoiding getting shot down by AA and SAMs.
The only time sensitive parts are at the beginning when the yacht is being towed and in the middle when it is under attack again.
This achievement should pop once the "mission accomplished" message appears.
