The boss for chapter 2 is a tank... in the air. It's a fair bit more complicated than the first boss and the last phase especially may cause some players issues. The key here is to remain calm and take out the tanks on the ground whenever the boss retreats to get healed; they will be marked with targets making them easy to spot.

During the last phase he will drop mines with cause heavy damage when you run into them, and they explode after time (or after the boss deals damage to them). Avoid the mines and focus on dodging bullets and you should be fine.
