This one is a bit iffy to unlock and has different unlocking conditions depending on whether you're playing the NA and EU versions or the HK version.
For the NA and EU versions, you will need to speak with all three family members at the Settlement – I don't think the order matters but I always did father, then wife, then Erin – twice each (their dialogue repeats after two times) at certain points of the game.
The first time you speak to them should be right after escaping the first cave of the game (the one where you found the lantern). All three will be at the campfire.
The second time you speak to them should be right after collecting the first temple key. All three will be at the campfire.
The third time you speak to them should be right after completing the first temple. Erin will be laying on a tree stump near the campfire.
The final time you speak to them should be right after collecting the second temple key. This time, Erin will be on the cliff above the campsite, either near the boat or near the small tree at the edge of the same cliff. Speaking with her here will unlock the trophy.

In the Asian version, this trophy opens a little differently!
