An easy way to do this is with Cody Rhodes. His signature move counts as a springboard offensive move. Play on easy to make this go quick, you can hit multiple signatures before it runs out. The achievement will pop as soon as the fifth one is hit.

First of all you need to play as someone with the Springboard Offense skill. One example is Chris Jericho but you can also add the skill to a created wrestler in Road to Elite mode. To do a springboard, walk towards the ropes while your opponent is in the ring then press either square.png+cross.png or triangle.png+circle.png. Land this kind of move 5 times and the trophy should pop straight away.
