Create an arena and save it. Then start a match and change arena to the one you created and start the match. I believe this one unlocks after the match.

Head over to the Custom tab and create an arena. You can put as much or as little effort into this as you like, but when you're done, head over to Exhibition, choose any wrestlers, then change the arena to your new one just before starting the match. Complete the match to earn this trophy.
