I used a two controller method
P1 - john moxley ( rebound skill)
P2 - jeff hardy
So p2 irish whip p1 to turnbuckle just before hitting it press either Y,A or X , p1 will kinda lean on turnbuckle / corner before landing a rebound attack

Irish whip with RT to make it a bit easier.

idk what can trigger a 2nd recoil attack. The first one works perfect then seems nothing works to do it a second time.

First of all you need to play as someone with the Corner Recoil Attack skill. One example is CM Punk but you can also add the skill to a created wrestler in Road to Elite mode. This is almost the exact same as the above trophy except it's when you're whipped into the corner, plus it's a different skill. I found your opponent whipping you into the corner was a little less common than the ropes but again just keep the recoil attack trigger in mind and you should get it eventually while doing other stuff, or you can play with a second controller.
