I used Cody Rhodes to unlock this but they are other wrestlers who have the trait.
Play a match and keep playing until you get your special meter. When you have it grapple your opponent and click down RS (right stick) and it will use your opponents finisher. After that pin your opponent & you will unlock the achievement. (works with 2 controllers)

First of all you need to play as someone with the Gimmick Infringement skill. One example is Bryan Danielson but you can also add the skill to a created wrestler in Road to Elite mode. Once in a match with a character with the skill, play normally until you have your finisher (taunt by moving
