Go into an Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match & once match starts grapple your opponent and irish whip them into the ropes. They won’t explode straight away but strike your opponent near them and they should go into it after about 3/4 strikes. Do this 3 times and your achievement will pop.

I can't unlock it to the 100%

stuck at 33% on the tracker for me done several matches and tried grapples onto the ropes punches onto the ropes and the whip
Update: i tried for several days with different wrestlers and 2 controllers etc and got nothing the only way i could get it is to wipe my save and go straight into a barbed wire match and do the irish whips into the ropes so if you have trouble just wait till everything else is done and then do it from a fresh save or wait for a patch

An Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match is just as bonkers as it sounds. When you throw your opponent into the ropes with 
then

, if they make proper contact with it it'll explode and do huge damage to them, you'll know you did it right if there's an instant replay. Each side of the ring has a cooldown before it'll explode again so the fastest way to do this is to beat on your opponent a little bit so they're more likely to get the full impact of the ropes, then throw them into each rope in turn until this trophy unlocks.
