I used Darby Allin. I tested it to see if you could complete this in Training mode and you cannot, so Im assuming nothing will unlock in Training mode. I unlocked it in a 1-on-1 exhibition match.

First of all you need to play as someone with the Guardrail Dive Offense skill. One example is Bryan Danielson but you can also add the skill to a created wrestler in Road to Elite mode. Once in a match with a character with the skill, head to the outside of the ring and press 
next to the guardrail to climb it, then press one of the attack buttons when your opponent is nearby to dive. Repeat this twice more to get this trophy.
