When playing Road To Elite and before you do a match select ‘Go Out’ & choose ‘Minigame’ do this until you have played 5 games and your achievement will pop.

There are a variety of fun little minigames available to play in the game, such as a quiz, a rhythm based game and a surprising amount involving explosions. You can play these through Exhibition, though only three will be unlocked to begin with, or through Road to Elite where you can play one random one each game week. Despite the random nature i'd suggest playing minigames through Road to Elite as you can also gain skill points and money through them in addition to having access to more than 3. You don't need to win them, just complete them.
