How to unlock the Item Complete achievement in Afrika - Definitive Guide

There are 20 items in total and the ones you have are located under the “tools” menu. All of the items are mission related, save one: the bottle. Just complete all the missions and then go get the bottle at the Polepole Falls in Choroa Gorge whenever you’re ready. I’ve provided a decent strategy for acquiring the bottle in the “Find Bottle” trophy.

You must complete all missions and the "Big Game Trophy". In principle, everything is described in the Guide , but there is one nuance with the “Big Game Trophy”. "Big Game Trophy" #9, 18 and 20 are not triggered by email.
