Very easy achievement.

When you are in arcade mode just click RB and you will activate climax mode and this very easy achievement will pop.

Every kill you get increases your climax meter. When the meter is full, hit either the L1 or R1 button to enter climax mode. Really easy.

Another basic ability. Climax gauge increases when you're killing enemies or fly really fast. Just press once the blue bar in the left corner is full.
