Age of Wonders: Planetfall

First you need to know there are 3 types of doctrines but the only ones that count literally say doctrines. You have a maximum of 3 at the start but can research under society tab "Operations" something called Operation Effectiveness. You want to research all of them I - IV. You need to research 4 more to have 7 activated at once and then you must wait for the doctrine to become activated. You will also likely have to research all the research under the Doctrine tab as well.
