Age of Wonders: Planetfall

Select a New Planet. Click Scenarios Imperial World (Default). Make sure Players is 2. Press Y for Advanced Setup. Changed both commanders to Humans. Now select Commander and choose one of the Syndicate Commanders. Launch The Game. Start Game. Just end/skip turn with the Syndicate Commander. Now you control the other Random Commander. Start Game. Press Start and select Surrender. Press Yes. Achievement should unlock.
