after clearing mental lock 1,there will be a scattered magazine on the floor near amame. interact with it and choose read.
you'll notice a static filter on screen as aiba reads about pushing a toilet handle a certain way to summon hanako.
while this is on screen, enter that code yourself using the d-pad.
up, down, up, down, left, right, down, down
when you go to the next line of dialogue, you'll hear a jingle and it will cut to a tv for a short scene and a little jump scare
also it can only be done once per save file so you can't go back and see it again
