How to unlock the Dress-Ups achievement in Alice: Madness Returns - Definitive Guide

Just press x on the main menu and change your dress. Extra dresses are only unlocked after beating the first mission. In my video, I also talk briefly about the DLC pack at the end.

On the main menu, after you press start, you should see a model of Alice's badass self, press x from there and you can change your equipment. THEN select any dress besides the default and press a to equip! Bingo!
You can unlock dresses by clearing chapters or by getting the dresses and weapons DLC.

the first chance that you'll have to get this achievement is after beating chapter 1. you'll get the steamdress, then as TIRtheMaster said, at the main menu press 'x' to change your dress & weapons.

As soon as you touch down in Tundraful in the start of chapter 2, exit to the main menu and press square. Select the black dress, back out and hit continue. The trophy will pop during the loading screen.

After completing the first chapter, return the the main menu. Press to bring up the Dress menu. Find the dress you obtained from reaching Hatter's Gate, equip it, then back out to unlock the achievement. If you equip a domain dress it will be equipped while you explore Wonderland.

You can get this trophy at the start of the game if you downloaded the DLC dresses or once you land in Tundraful in Chapter 2. Head to the main menu and press to go to the equip menu change the dress that Alice is wearing to the one she wore in the first chapter, after doing so, press to back out to the main menu. After seeing her in the same black dress from the previous chapter in the main menu the trophy will pop. You can go back to the other dress if you like or any other dresses you may have.

During the game, as you progress through the chapters, additional Alice outfits will open. Go through at least a couple of chapters and go to the menu. From the main menu, click , select another dress and exit to the main menu again. The achievement is yours.
