How to unlock the Strike a Deal achievement in Alice: Madness Returns - Definitive Guide

This achievement is entitled "Strike A Deal" and is earned when you can first upgrade a weapon. You can upgrade your weapons by pressing Start and going into the weapons menu at any point. The cheapest upgrade is for the Vorpal Blade and costs 150 teeth.

In Chapter 1, half way through Wonderland you will come across the Vale of Tears Rail Station. Defeat the enemies here and you will be prompted with a message to upgrade a weapon. Spend teeth on a weapon to unlock the achievement.

Once you reach the Train Station in the Vale of Tears you'll be able to upgrade your Vorpal Blade with the teeth you have collected. To upgrade your weapon you will need to collect teeth and once you have enough teeth to upgrade a weapon, your knife being the first (175 teeth) press and go to weapons to upgrade a weapon. You will first get the notice after reaching a certain part of the first chapter. Please see Armed to the Teeth for more info.
