Alien Breed Level 1 - Shuttle Bay is the quickest level to get through, especially if you are boosting the trophy by yourself with two controllers. You only need to run in a straight line to the left and through two doors. The game will only let the two players get as far away from each other as the width of the screen, so you'll need to move the second player a little bit. If you move one player all the way to the left before the game stops you, you'll be able to go the rest of the way with the second player.
