A couple of nuances:
1) be careful not to fall off the edge of the map, otherwise you will have to replay.
2) trophies are sometimes glitchy - I got the trophy for 8500 on the third try.

Defeated the boss, no platinum dropped. I started from the beginning and the platinum fell out literally after 30 seconds.

There are glitchy trophies! And almost everything. Trophies for the amount of distance traveled are dropped in a different order; the number of enemy types may not drop for killing. It doesn't drop for defeating the final boss like I did. Such problems can be solved by reinstalling the game! As a result, I received platinum for the third installation.
