Tell me one thing - if I collected some audio notes / jelly canisters / troophy belts in one game, then I started the other one than I just have to get those missing ones, not all of them one more time, am I right?

The answer is quite late, but still: The collectibles can be gathered in different playthroughs. You can see which audio diaries are missing in the menu. I'm using the IGN guide to localise the missing ones, and it helped a lot so far.

In addition - sorry for the double post - you can use the following guide to see which diary exactly you're missing:

When I used the IGN guide I still missed 3 or 4 diaries, as I looked in the wrong places and thought I didn't find anything because I had collected them already. So I used this list (from the URL above) to see which ones I still needed. The descriptions and images aren't as good as in the IGN guide, but you've got the names posted there.

This playlist shows all the logs with timestamps but it also shows which one is which as he opens them, so it is the best guide if you are looking for specific logs.
