Play the game and you will see white colored 2 headed wolves. Kill one of them and grab the floating "Spirit Ball" that they drop. Achievement unlocks when you grab it.

Right after the game starts you will see a two headed white wolf coming your way. Kill it and grab the white ball it drops. You will get this achievement after you pick it up.

Simple. Defeat a white wolf and collect the Spirit Ball that floats towards the top of the screen.
