How to unlock the Points III achievement in Altered Beast - Definitive Guide

Best way to go for this achievement is to get the "Untouchable" and "Three in a row" ones at the same time. By facing the boss on his first appearance (i.e. not missing any orb) you gain 100,000 points per stage. It means that you get this achievement halfway in lvl 4.

The other way to go is to miss a lot of orbs and keep killing monsters between two failed boss appearances.

Maybe you could add that you don't lose points when dying or continuing?

I complete the information about the bonus points for defeating boss. You get 100.000 points for beating him in his first appearance, 50.000 points in second encounter and finally 20.000 points in third appearance.

As the trophy says, you need to get 350,000 points. If you are fully powered up when you first meet Neff in the stage, you will get 100,000 points after defeating the boss. If you are powered up when you meet Neff the second time, you get 50,000 upon defeating the boss. If you meet Neff the third time, even if you are not powered up, you only get 20,000 upon defeating the boss (thanks to jadedxspawn for this information). Aim to get fully powered up when you first meet Neff in at least three different stages so that you can get 300,000. The other 50,000 points should come naturally. Even when you lose all of your lives, when you continue, you keep your score.

We go through the game, trying not to lose a life. In this case, you get 100,000 for finishing a level. By the end of the game I had about 500,000.
