Anarchy: Rush Hour

Top speed races are Story events. There are only 5 of those. Luckily, if you manage to loose your chance, there is one in the very beginning of the Story. That would be the "Ostankino 1" event. So you could always start a fresh campaign (back up your savefile first). Another tip is, if you see the competitors start dropping out, or if you loose at the end, be very fast and hit then choose restart.

To get this trophy I found it the easiest during an event given to you by "The Joker" faction, called simply "Top Speed race" on the "Kutuzovsky Prospekt" track. Has a $20,000 Prize money. The track has long straights that will help you attain the 250 km/h speed limit. The way this game mode is played is - You start the race with a 60 km/h Top Speed, which is in fact, the MINIMUM speed you need to HOLD in order to get to the next level. You need to HOLD 60 km/h for 10 seconds without slowing down, then you will get a message of the next speed - 70 km/h. The speed you need to HOLD is given every 10 seconds at 10 km/h increments. If you happen to fall below the required Top Speed, you have 10 seconds to build it back up.

Use a fast strong car and tires in the "Tuning Shop" -> "Wheels" section, that have the "Racing" or "Maneuvering" designation as you will encounter a lot of traffic. The faster the car, the faster your competitors cars will be, thus raising your chance of them being able to keep up. You do NOT need to stay on track to get this trophy. Simply find the longest main straight going through the course and keep going back and forth the entire length. Do NOT use your "Boost" non stop if you feel that you can't get enough Adrenalin. Preserve it and use it ONLY after you make your "U-turn" or if you crash, in order to build back up the required Top Speed.

In the top right corner you will see it says "Attempts" = 3. You have 3 attempts to reach the last unlocked Top Speed. You loose an attempt every time you crash and fail to reach last unlocked Top Speed within the given 10 seconds.
