Anarchy: Rush Hour

Accessories are decorative visual items that you can add to your car. A maximum of 10 accessories can be added per car. You only need 1 item to get your trophy. Go to "Garage", scroll right to second choice "Tuning Shop" and hit . Once in "Tuning Shop", "Accessories" is your 4th choice on the right. Go in the menu and hit to "Add".

Pick an item, like for example the 1st choice - "Small Antenna" and hit again. It will place you in an editor that allows you to move the item in 3D space. Press again to install it and the trophy is yours. You can get this done right away, as the game starts you off with $50,000 to spend.
