Anarchy: Rush Hour

Simply finish in first place during a Sprint race. Sprint events are found only in the Story mode. In both the Story progression events or Side Races. A Sprint is a Point-to-Point race.

The first opportunity to get this in the Story mode is the second race event given from "The Forsage" car Club:
