Anarchy: Rush Hour

A Top Speed race is found only in the Story mode. Win one to unlock this trophy. To win you have to hold the displayed Speed Limit for the longest time. You have 3 attempts. A new limit will appear after successfully holding the previous one for 10 seconds. After your opponents drop out, you will win the race. There are 5 of those races and during one of those, make sure you try your best to obtain the missable "250 km/h speed limit" trophy.

The first opportunity to get this in the Story mode is the third race event given from "The Jokers" car Club:
