Story progression related event will appear from "The Furious" car Club faction after you complete "Find Gaika". After this, several races will follow in the Tropics" location, the character Arcady will send you an in-game text message "A last drive before you go back to Moscow?". The even is called "Last Time", a point-to-point race. After beating him the trophy will unlock.
