It is the last one, given to you by "The Jokers" car Club faction. You will need at least a level 3 of the following Adrenalin Devices - "Air Control Device" and "Front Brakes Device". Level 3 "Air Control Device allows you "Spin" left, right, front and back, while Level 3 "Front Brakes Device" allows you to "Jump" - UP with "SIXAXIS" or "Hop Forward" by pressing on D-pad.

By far the easiest way to win those type of events is by driving for a bit by tapping traffic and objects, in order to build up your "Adrenaline", then aim straight for a vehicle in the traffic and as you strike it quickly hit on the D-pad to execute your "Front Brakes Device" maneuver. Immediately hold down and the in the direction of your choice. What will happen is you will start spinning in the air. Reach the required amount of "Spins" to win the event.

A "Spin" can be executed simply by making a "Jump" too, but you will need allot of speed first. By striking a vehicle in traffic, the impact together with the "Front Brakes Device" maneuver, will give you greater hight and thus allowing you to make more "Spins" faster.
