This is unlocked for completing the second mission of the game: Chicken Diarrhea. Finally, a game where you get to battle chicken diarrhea!
At the Animal Hospital, your boss will tell you to pick up a container and spoon from the nearby counter. Take these and then follow your map to Farmer Harris' farm, where you'll be instructed to collect some chicken droppings with your spoon.
Take them back to the hospital for investigation, where your boss will have you collect a box of charcoal tablets and a bottle of juice of oregano from the same room you got the container and spoon from. Collect these and return to the farm, where the farmer will have you place them near the chicken coop. The achievement will unlock after this.
