How to unlock the Goose Leg achievement in Animal Doctor - Definitive Guide

This is unlocked by completing the twentieth mission of the game, which has you treating an injured goose. You have to be experience level 25 to start this mission, so you may have to do a fetch quest or two to unlock it.
Go to the goose icon on your map to learn about the injured goose, stop at the equipment room to get a carrier, and then head to Dennis' house.
Pick up the goose and take her back to the Animal Hospital where you'll make many trips to various rooms to treat her. Protip: when you are x-raying her leg, the power button is outside the room next to your boss.
Once you've completed all the treatment steps and placed her in the cage the achievement will unlock.
