Animal Doctor

This is unlocked by completing the fifth mission of the game, which has you healing a horse's cut leg. Your boss will have you go to the dispensary at the Animal Hospital to collect two items, take them to her and hand them over.

She'll have you use one of them on the horse and then return to the dispensary for two more. You'll just both of these on the horse and unlock the achievement in the process.
