This is unlocked by completing the fifteenth mission of the game, which has you helping a sick bunny.
Go to the rabbit icon on your map, which will take you to the waiting room where Natalie has brought her sick bunny Taco.
Go into the surgery room and tell your boss about this, who will have you go retrieve Taco and place him on the table. She'll have you go to the dispensary a couple of times to get medicine for him, and then bring him back to Natalie.
Natalie will leave without taking follow up medicine, so you need to go to the dispensary to grab it and go to her house to give it to her. The achievement will unlock after doing so.
