This is unlocked by completing the eleventh mission in the game, which has you feeding squirrels.
After you've completed the tenth mission, a nearby icon of a squirrel will spawn on your map. Go there to meet a woman named Natalie, who will ask you to feed some squirrels in the forest.
Grab the nearby box to the left of her porch and follow your map to the squirrels, where you just need to interact with the glowing circle to unlock the achievement.
