Do both optional missions w out having the pages collected
1.) Blow up the lab
2.)Blow up the entrance to the caves
Where you find a gas container in the first area the big red thing behind it is what you’re blowing up . Press A on it and you will have 30 seconds to escape hop on the snowmobile and go to the drilling area and on the left side of the hole is another red container you blow up . After that go to heli and excape .

I got all the collectibles too 
I told myself I would stop picking them up once I got to the Radio Tower section, unaware that I already had them all by that point. There's only 8 in the game, so if you've picked up 8 pieces of paper along the way, you're screwing yourself like I did to myself. Can't wait to play through this game a second time!!!

idk what i did wrong but i cant blow the containers up as i have no dynamite... smh 
also for anyone curious, you can play in ghost mode and itll unlock the achievements no problem

I recommend playing on the Ghost difficulty and the enemies won't be able to see or attack you and you can run right past them.
To get the good ending you must do both optional objectives.
Blow up the lab with samples: This is the area where you found the Snowmobile, you need to place dynamite on the big propane tank where you picked up the gas tank for the Snowmobile.
Blast the entrance to the caves: This is the drilling area where you can go down the ladder to the caves.
You'll find another propane tank next to the left of the ladder in the drilling area and you need to place dynamite on it.
You can also make a save at the Radio Tower before doing the optional objectives to make mopping up the other endings easier. You can reload your save at the Radio Tower instead of playing through the entire game again.
