combos are performed by first discarding cards into a draw just before the winning card. the damage of each card is summed up depending on its damage indicator, so the more draws there are before winning, the more “health” the enemy will lose.

Considering that the penultimate boss uses mainly red cards, I advise you to remove all yellow cards from your deck and leave red and blue cards in a ratio of 70/30, respectively, so thanks to the combo you can defeat this boss much faster
