The first chance to get this will be at the second aquarium, your Dad's.
Your first task is to buy a net and get rid of the dead fish. You have the option of putting them in the bin or flushing them down the toilet. Choosing the later (toilet) will unlock this easy achievement.
Alternatively, if you miss this opportunity, the third aquarium (your friends) will see the last of the initial fish die, so you can flush that one.
Despite the achievement description, it can be any fish, not just a Nemo/clownfish. Enjoy!
