once you have unlocked the Oceanarium - you need to purchase the first locked area - once you have done this head to the left inside and you will see the cafe (again you will need to unlock this) - once you have unlocked the cafe go behind th counter and you will see a silver safe on the floor- whack this with your hammer and the achievement will pop
