How to unlock the Skillful achievement in Ara Fell: Enhanced Edition - Definitive Guide
This is done through the class specific upgrade stones as well as the "Exotic Stones" once you specialize your class.
There are more stones available in the game than skills needed to upgrade, so don't fret. You can also buy stones from Talani. She sells a bunch of the class ones in her home shop in the Northern Starway (northwest exit from Hunting Range). You can reach this area in Chapter 1 if I remember correctly.
Also pro-tip: Anything that regenerates Mana is useful for boss fights.

For this achievement, you will need a total of five class-based stones to upgrade each skill for your characters. Lita uses Archer stones, Adrian uses Warrior stones, Doren uses Bard stones, and Seri uses Magic stones. There are enough of these to collect in the game to get the achievement, but you can also purchase one of each at Talani's shop if you somehow missed one. The walkthrough in the Road Map points them all out though.
In addition, you will need I believe eight Exotic stones to augment all five skills plus each character's ultimate ability. Most of these will be mined from red ore deposits in the world, but you can also purchase these from most of the game's shops if you want to upgrade sooner or came up short. Again, the walkthrough points out where to find all the ore deposits.
For more information on Skills, see HERE.
Note: I would highly suggest leaving Adrian's "Reflect" skill as the last to augment. Both options of augmentation actually remove the skill's ability to reflect, destroying its best use. Save prior to augmenting that skill and get the achievement, then reload and leave it un-augmented and just sell the upgrade materials from then on.
