Use level select (turn it on in the settings menu) to start on any non-challenge level past 10 (I used 12, but it shouldn't matter). When enemies start appearing on the screen, just shoot once into a dense area. If you hit an enemy, just sit still and die until your game is over. You'll finish with an accuracy of 1/1, or 100%, and the achievement will unlock.

Here's a super easy way of getting this. Go to Options > Settings > Game Settings and turn on Select Round. Give yourself more Starting Lives if you need the help. Play the game and try to get to the tenth stage, using the Select Round option to pick up from where you died should you run out of lives. Once you get to the tenth stage, line up one perfect shot and make sure you don't miss. Assuming you hit this one shot (and only one shot), put the controller down and let yourself die. When you run out of lives, the game will tell you that you hit 100% of all shots fired (all one of them) and you'll get this trophy.
On the off-chance you miss the shot, either restart or hit three more shots before letting yourself die so you'll get an overall accuracy of 75% - enough to get the trophy.
