I found someone randomly searching a Ranked match, but this can easliy be boosted if the online community is dead.
Win or lose, just enter a Ranked match and finish it, and achievement will unlock right after

Simply play a Ranked Match - win or lose it doesn't matter. A word of warning, players may have trouble connecting to players outside their region so finding a similar region boosting partner is recommended.
