Obtaining this ending requires you to first be on NG+2 meaning that you completed the campaign 2 times already on one save file.
This is the list of decision missions that you have to complete in order:
Chapter 1
- Attack the Dam Complex (Accept the request from Liberation Front)
- Escort the Weaponized Mining Ship
Chapter 3
- Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech
- Eliminate the Enforcement Squads
- Coral Export Denial
Chapter 4
- Eliminate V.III
NOTE: Some of these optional missions might not be crucial to obtaining the ending but doing it this way guarantees the Alea lacta Est. ending

Just wanted to note Coral Export Denial is still within Chapter 3, not 4.

can confirm you only need to:
1) Be on your third run
2) choose and complete -Escort the weaponized mining ship, -coral export denial and -eliminate V.III, you know you're choosing the correct missions since ALLMIND gives you the briefing.
These choices will automatically put you on alea lacta est path.
other decision missions doesn't matter, the guide everyone is copying (PStrophies) chose those missions because they're either the quicker and/or easier of the branch
Do note that you have to do a run in which you do the DAM betrayal since it unlocks exclusive missions required for the stargazer achievement, this decision can be combined with the alea lacta est altough is better to do it on your second run.
Also note that this route has at least 3 missions (escort ship, coral export denial and retake the xylem) in which the famous "cheese build" won't work at all.
