Heres how i got this.
Under ac design, go to assembly. change any part.
You will have to do a couple main missions to unlock.
You should have a part from main mission, but if not you can buy one from the shop
if doesnt pop try changing name by hitting start at assembly screen
or under ac design go to ac data and create.
i had done the last 2 things first just messing around which is why i dont know if you need to do either
